Uploading a video

Uploads are always manual and per-platform — videos never upload automatically after rendering.

From the Library

  1. Go to the Library tab.
  2. Find the render you want to upload. Each render has its own card, so if you’ve rendered the same song multiple times, pick the specific card you want.
  3. Click the upload button on that card (or open the per-platform preview and upload from there).
  4. Choose YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram.

Upload dropdown menu

Upload dialog

You’ll see a confirmation dialog showing:

  • Title — editable.
  • Description — editable. Auto-generated from the song’s lyrics.
  • Privacy — private, unlisted, or public (YouTube); public, friends, or private (TikTok).
  • Tags (YouTube only) — optional.

Click Upload to start.

Watching upload progress

The upload progress appears at the bottom of the Library tab. You can keep working — the upload runs in the background.

When it finishes, the render’s card shows an Uploaded badge for that platform and a link to the video on YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram.

Upload status is tracked per render and per platform, so re-rendering the same song (which creates a new card) does not carry over upload status from the previous render.

Re-uploading

If something went wrong or you want to re-upload with different settings:

  1. Click the upload button again on the same render card.
  2. Confirm settings and click Upload.

A new upload is created — the old one isn’t deleted from YouTube / TikTok / Instagram automatically.

Multiple brands

If you have more than one brand configured, each render is tagged with the brand it was created under. Uploads always use that brand’s connected account — not whatever brand is currently active in the header.

  • The Upload button disables itself (with an inline reason) when the render’s brand isn’t connected to the target platform. Fix it in Settings → YouTube / TikTok / Instagram after switching to that brand in the header switcher.
  • Each platform tab in Settings shows a banner telling you which brand you’re about to connect, so you don’t accidentally wire a new token to the wrong account.
  • Legacy renders that pre-date brand tagging fall back to the currently active brand’s tokens.
